On-Demand HVAC Installation Includes:¹
• Installation within 48 hours.
• “Like for like” replacement caused by an unplanned need, like a unit failure.

My HVAC Advisor™

My HVAC Advisor™ is a data-driven approach to help our customers get the most out of their HVAC investment.  

How Does It Work?
1. Our licensed HVAC technician will evaluate each component of your HVAC system to determine if it is operating within its designed limits.  
2. Then, they will inspect the entire system and use industry instruments to capture and record diagnostic data for more than two dozen individual data points.
3. Finally, our service provider will make a fact-based recommendation on which units need to be replaced immediately, and will tell you which of the remaining units have 1-3 years of useful life left, and which ones have 4 or more.  

What Are The Levels Of Service And What’s Included In Each?
There are three levels of service in the program: Standard, Premium and Platinum.

• At the Premium and Platinum levels, our service provider will clean the outdoor and indoor units prior to collecting the operational data.²
• Platinum-level service also includes the collection of serial plate data from the water heater and major kitchen appliances.³
• Based on the level of service, the customer will receive a 1 or 2-year replacement recommendation that will include a data set for the level of service purchased.   

Project-Based, Planned Replacement

We offer HVACs, PTACs, split systems, packaged units, through-the-wall units and furnace products. These products are installed by our network of licensed and vetted HVAC professionals.²

How Does It Work?
• When you have a planned replacement of your residential HVAC unit(s), our team of Renovations and Installations experts will work with you to keep the project on time and within budget.
• We order the products, coordinate the schedule and ensure compliance.  
• Each project is quoted individually, and we can leverage our full assortment of products that meet regulatory and permitting requirements.  
• Our installation method is flame free, meaning that we will reduce risk by not using an open flame/torch in the unit.

¹ Orders for the Florida and Arizona markets will be installed within 24 hours if the order is processed by 2 p.m. local time.  All other markets where installations are available will be installed within 48 hours if the order is processed by 2 p.m. local time.

³ Data Capture for water heaters and appliances includes brand, model and serial number .

Standard, Premium and Platinum Evaluation with Asset Data Collection require access to the indoor units.

On-Demand Residential Water Heater Installation Includes:
• Next-day installation of select Rheem® residential gas and electric models, from 28-50 gallon capacity.¹
• Installation and delivery of the water heater and any other components needed to complete the service by our licensed and vetted network of contractors.
• Standard installation, including the permit, expansion tank, pan and blanket (if required for permitting purposes).
• Our flame-free installation method, meaning that we will reduce risk by not using an open flame/torch in the unit.
• We will haul away your old equipment.  

Project-Based, Planned Replacement

We offer gas, electric and Low-NOx water heaters.
